Description
I wanted to draw these two since they were revealed. I made a few sketches, but that was about it. January I finally started with this painting. After finishing the (pretty messy) lineart
- I got into an artblock
- started my free art campaign
- had to draw a ton of art trades and contest entries (not that I mind, really <3)
Well... in the meantime I didn´t really like the lineart anymore, but I still wanted to complete it. Just because. That´s the reason it´s not in my new, prefered cell shading style. And that it doesn´t have a real background. Meeeeh.:/

OMG It reminds me of the final segment of Fantasia 2000, the rendition of The Firebird. Great work!!
